My lipsticks an lip liners collection

Recently we may read a lot of blog posts concerning lipsticks that are frequently used by the authors during autumn. I decided to inspire myself by this idea, but because my collection of lip products is rather small, I am going to present you my whole assortment.

As you may see I own only two traditional lipsticks: Wibo Eliksir i Avon Colour Trend; two liquid lipsticks: QiBest (from aliexpress) and Golden Rose; 1 lip gloss: Wibo; and 6 lip liners: Smart Girls Get More, 2x Essence, Golden Rose, Lovely and Eveline.

Another observation you may make is that all of the products have similar colouring. Wearing such shades makes me feel the most comfortable and confident. Every lip product that in other colour was sooner or later given to someone of my relatives. It is also obvious that I am a big fan of a matte finish. There are only 3 shiny products in my collection - Wibo lip gloss, Wibo Eliksir lipstick and Avon. The rest are purely matte.

Here you may see the comparison of colours. Of course, they present differently on a white paper than they would on lips or on a skin, but there was nobody to help me with those photos.

The famous 10 from Golden Rose is one of my favourites. I love its smell and colour. However, the colour has a bit too much violet undertones for me and on my lips it looks kind of deathly. If I apply it generously, so that I get full coverage, it looks like Halloween makeup inspired by zombies. Another product I am glad I’ve purchased is QiBest. You may get it on Aliexpress.

To be honest, I prefer using lip liners than lipsticks. I apply them on the whole surface of my lips, not only on contours. They are much more precise and cheaper. It’s really hard for me to pick out my favourites in this group of products. The most often I use the Essence ones. And the least frequently I go for the ones from Smart Girls Get more and Eveline. The colour of Lovely is actually lovely. Its only drawback is the fact that it’s extremely soft and it needs frequent sharpening. But the lazy part of me not always feels like doing it. The Golden Rose one is also very beautiful but its colour is deeper and more intensive. That is why I choose this one only when there is a bigger event.
